Workshop: Fundamentals of Version Control using Git and Github
What is Version Control? What is Git? Why is it important?
This workshop concerns the fundamentals of version control using Git and GitHub and gives an overview of basic functions, commands, and uses in a project workflow. The first half of this workshop will be a lecture followed by a live line command demonstration.
Led by Sarah Morrison-Smith, Roman Family Teaching and Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science.
