Aparajita Kashyap

Aparajita (Apara) Kashyap is a PhD student at Columbia University in the Department of Biomedical Informatics. Her research focuses on building fair and equitable models for use in healthcare settings, with a focus on mental health. At Columbia, Aparajita is advised by Shalmali Joshi and Noémie Elhadad. Prior to her work at Columbia, Aparajita studied biophysics at Johns Hopkins University.
